  The volumetric meter is used to measure the water flow that circulates in refrigeration and heating systems.

  Woltmann water meters, from medium to big gages, are particularly suitable when the flows are not subject to strong variations, such as strong deliveries in important users.

  General features

  • Temperature up to 130°C.
  • Nominal pressure: PN16.
  • Protection degree: IP68.
  • Super dry clockwork.
  • Rotatable register at 360°C for an easier reading.
  • High resistance components against wear and corrosion thanks to a powder coating.
  • Nonmagnetic capsule for protection against external influences.

  Installation and use

  • The volumetric meter has to be installed on the system return pipe.
  • Vertical, horizontal or oblique body installation.

  • Woltmann water meters, from medium to big gages, are particularly suitable when the flows are not subject to strong variations, such as strong deliveries in important users.
  • ECC..WA model is a kind of revision meter different to the close execution type as it is possible to extract the entire mechanism from the case for eventual reparations or revisions without removing the same case from the pipe. In this way there is an advantage not to interrupt the water flow during the mechanism absence as the case can be closed by a dedicated bolted blind cover.
  • The volumetric meter mechanical heart is the reel with horizontal axe, whose number of revolutions is directly proportional to the circulating water flow. Every volumetric meter is provided with a pulse emitter and connecting cable to transmit the reel revolution number remotely.
